I moved to Winchester from Boston in September and was looking for a place to get massages that would compare to Exhale Spa. Well I am happy to say that I have found just that in Greg if not more! His massages are amazing. I went in before a trip to Japan unable to walk and he gave me a sacral realignment (id never even had this before) and I left feeling renewed! When I got back I got another 80 minute massage and it immediately made me feel whole again. He does a ton of side-line work which allows him to get into spots which most therapists are unable to reach. I WOULD RECOMMEND GREG TO ANY ATHLETE OR GENERALLY SORE PERSON LOOKING FOR A TOP NOTCH MASSAGE.
Loved loved loved my therapeutic massages by Greg. First saw him about 5 or 6 weeks ago about a long term and painful shoulder problem. He worked closely with me to identify the extent of the pain. His ability to identify my muscles and tendons needing work was amazing. By the end of the session I had significant pain relief and it remained good for over a month. I saw him again a week ago about the same area. Once again the relief is wonderful. I am so glad he is there to help and I'll be going back. Highly recommend.
Katana is an all around great place with an extremely welcoming environment. If you are looking for a massage therapist I highly recommend Greg Bertolino. Greg has a vast medical background and a knack for helping people. I have had numerous appointments with him and every time I walk out feeling substantially better than I had felt walking in. I have seen many massage therapists and none of which come close to the treatment provided by Greg.
Greg is an amazing massage therapist. He really tailors the massage to you, rather than just giving you a generic spa massage. I've been to him twice and both massages were awesome. He gave me a "neuromuscular" type massage which worked wonders for my back and neck tension. I would highly recommend him!
Tried to get help with painful foot when I was living in California, but it really didn't work. I love to walk and I'm very active but the pain was annoying. It was holding me back. I moved to the Boston area and experienced G's massage skills. BIG improvement. I can move my toes. There is much less pain. I can enjoy activities and getting around so now G is my go-to to deal with this problem. Can't wait for the opportunity to see G at Kitana.
