Fast in-take of the car. Called when they said they would with the estimate. We discussed options for service under the estimate - didn't feel like I was getting up-sold into something I didn't need. Car was ready when promised. Honored a presented coupon without haggling.
Nice staff and convenient place
I wouldn't recommend this place. Poorly maintained. I had to go change oil again. They have oil in a big container, from which they dip a mug, fill it and pour.

This place is filthy. Parts are all over the counter and things are all cluttered. Everything is full of black grease Walls, floors etc. I went to do an oil change that I do every time in the Lowell meineke but since I was in woburn I decided to do it there. My car was denied because the bumper was too low and the guy there seemed to be in a pissed off mood. I'll just stick to lowell meineke, they take me in and I'm out of there in 30 minutes. Plus the Lowell locations is clean, have clean waiting room with coffee and TV and WiFi and a station for kids to play in.
